SHRINC CREATIVE PROCESS

BRIEF DEVELOPMENT: Outline key objectives and budget, and form required design and/or construction programs.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: Gathering and refining initial ideas to form a unique design concept. Sketches, preliminary plans and material swatches are presented to communicate design intent.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: Creating a fully functional design solution, including for interiors, spatial planning, joinery design and the selection of finishes, fittings and lighting.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION: Preparing a comprehensive documentation package for relevant approvals, certification, pricing and construction as required.
TENDER: Tendering your project to builders, digital developers and printing houses, and facilitating negotiations on your behalf. We make changes if necessary, and push for the best possible outcome within your budget.
PRODUCTION/CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: Overseeing the build and production process to ensure that the work runs on time, to brief and to budget.
FF&E SELECTION/BRAND ACCESSORIES: Selecting bespoke and project specific furniture, rugs, art and/or accessories. Thoughtful integration of existing items/stock with new additions.
